My mortgage refinance experience with First NRV Credit Union was great! In early 2018, I was unfortunately behind on my mortgage at another local bank. So I called and explained my situation to a First NRV loan officer - her compassionate comment was “I think we can help you; let me take a look.” A couple of days later, she told me it could work, and within a week, she provided fee and payment information; she arranged the appraisal; she was even able to help with a thirty day note for back payment to the other bank, delivered in person to that bank by a First NRV employee. Once documentation processed, she arranged for closing at Patrick Moore’s office. A to Z, it was a seamless process, all parts completed in probably 6 weeks or less. I highly recommend First NRV Credit Union for your mortgage needs..

First NRV Credit Union has held numerous events and volunteered within our community in various ways. All of these efforts have been made because we love our hometown, and we want to help leave a positive and lasting effect within the communities that we serve. As the credit union mantra goes, we are people helping people, and we are excited to be in the position to both help and give back to our communities.
